Women’s health deserves space.
As a woman myself, I care about the social and structural conditions that shape women’s lives and health. I want to create spaces where women’s health is taken seriously and becomes more visible. And I am curious about my own body and health, too.
You don’t need another self-improvement project.
Generic solutions, endless new products and universal formulas often fail to reflect individual experiences. I don’t have all the answers and cannot solve every problem. But I want to help you understand your body better and trust your own perception again.
My path: from yoga to body literacy.
Yoga was the beginning. Working with movement and awareness sparked my interest in body literacy, cycles and women’s health. Today, these areas come together in my work. Yoga remains an important part of it.
My work today.
I support people through cycle consultation, yoga and prevention courses in Berlin and online. My offerings welcome women and FLINTA people – women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people – depending on the format and stage of life. Red Circle is an intentional space for women, for honest conversation and connection.
